Simple Berry Nourish Bowl

This simple frozen berry bowl is a creamy, naturally sweet way to enjoy whole, plant-based ingredients. Made with frozen banana, blueberries, and a splash of plant milk, it blends into a smooth, satisfying base that supports steady energy and everyday wellness.

Ingredients for Frozen Berry Base

1 sliced frozen banana

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

plant milk ( 1/8 cup or enough to blend)


Preperation

Add the frozen banana, blueberries, and a small splash of plant milk to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add a little more plant milk if needed to help it come together, but keep the texture thick and spoonable.

Spoon into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of nut butter. Serve immediately and enjoy.
