Ingrediants

1 Banana

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1 Tbsp nut butter

1 cup plant milk ( soy milk for extra protien)

1/2 cup tofu ( secret ingredient)


Preparation

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: banana, frozen blueberries, ground flaxseed, peanut butter, plant milk, and tofu.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed, then continue blending until fully combined and silky in texture.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a small splash of plant milk and blend again until it reaches your desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
