These Peanut Butter Oat Breakfast Bars are a healthy, nutritious choice to start your day. Packed with wholesome oats and rich peanut butter, they’re soft, flavorful, and designed to fuel your morning or provide a satisfying snack anytime.


Ingredients

2 Ripe bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 flax egg ( 1 Tbsp flax + 2.5 Tbsp water)

1 cup oats

3/4 cup oat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup chopped nuts

1/3 cup chocolate chips or raisins


Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
