Ginger and garlic noodle stir fry

This Garlic and Ginger Noodle Stir Fry is a quick, flavorful, and satisfying dinner option. With a perfect balance of garlic, ginger, tamari, and stir-fried vegetables, it's a delicious choice that the whole family will enjoy. A simple yet tasty way to elevate your weeknight meals.


Ingredients

12 oz of your favorite noodles. Soba, udon, rice ramen

2 cups Broccoli chopped

1 cup Carrots slivered

2 cups mushrooms sliced

1 cup green onions chopped

Stir Fry sauce to coat

 

Stir Fry Sauce

2/3 cup veggie broth

1/4 cup tamari

1 Tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp rice vinager

2 cloves of garlic minced

1-2 tsp ginger freshly grated

1 Tbsp corn starch

Add all ingredients to bowl and wisk to combine.

Simmer sauce in small sauce pan to thicken.


Preparation

Boil pasta noodles as directed and set aside. Saute veggies in a large pan with olive oil or water until tender. Combine ingredients for stir fry sauce in seperate pan and simmer to thicken. Add stir fry sauce to both veggies and noodles to coat. Heat through and serve.
