Frozen Berry Bowl

Frozen Berry Bowl. Same concept as an acai bowl except with frozen blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Smooth, creamy and delicious. Be creative and try different healthy topping combinations.


Ingredients

Frozen Berry Smoothie

2 cups frozen organic berries

2 bananas

1 avacado

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1 Tbsp maple syrup if desired

 

Toppings

Bannana, raspberries, blackberries

Oats, coconut, slivered almonds

Nut butter, honey or date syrup

 

Preparation

Blend smoothie ingredients in a bullet or blender and transfer to a freezer safe container for storage. Remove container from freezer 15-20 minutes before using to allow to thaw a little. Use ice cream scoop to serve. Top with your favorite healthy toppings.
