THE COLLECTION
The Things
We Return To
Some things find their way into our lives and stay.
A book we keep thinking about.
The blanket everyone reaches for.
A song that takes us right back to another time.
The mug that's always in your hand before the house wakes up. A podcast conversation we send to a friend.
The recipe written in someone we love's handwriting.
Some are things we can hold.
Others are things we listen to, read, remember or pass along.
But the best of them become part of the way we live.
The Collection is a gathering place for those things.
Books worth reading. Music worth listening to. Conversations worth sharing. Simple things for home and everyday life. And the ordinary objects we keep because of the stories they carry.
Some are made by us.
Some are discoveries we've gathered along the way.
Some aren't things you can buy at all.
The Collection will keep growing as we find something worth sharing, or remember something worth holding onto.
Slowly.
Intentionally.
Not because we need more things.
Because sometimes the right book, the right song, a well-used object or something made with care can make ordinary life feel a little richer, warmer and more connected.
We hope this becomes a place you return to often.
And maybe a place that reminds you of a few things worth keeping, too.

THE COZY COLLECTION
The one everyone
reaches for.
Every home seems to have one.
The blanket that somehow ends up everywhere.
Wrapped around shoulders on cool mornings.
Spread across the couch for movie night.
Packed for camping trips.
Pulled over sleepy grandchildren after they've fallen asleep.
We designed our Cozies to become part of those moments.
Not tucked away in a closet.
Not saved for special occasions.
Used.
Loved.
Returned to.
Again and again.
ON OUR BOOKSHELF
Books worth making room for
Books are a big part of life around here.
Some teach us something. Some make us question something we thought we knew. Some simply make us want to curl up somewhere comfortable and disappear for an afternoon.
The books gathered here are ones we've read, loved, talked about, passed along or think are worth spending a little time with.
Why Bookshop.org?
We could easily link all of these books to Amazon. But if you're going to buy a book anyway, we'd much rather help send that sale to an independent bookstore.
That's what I love about Bookshop.org.
You can choose a local independent bookstore you'd like to support, and when you buy a book, the profit from your purchase goes to the bookstore you chose.
And if you don't have a particular bookstore in mind, that's okay too. Your purchase still helps support independent bookstores through Bookshop.org.
It's a small choice, but I think where we choose to spend our money matters.
And I really like knowing that the next book we bring home can help keep an independent bookstore around.

ON PAPER
For the things worth putting into words.
There are still things that feel better written down.
A note tucked into a book.
A birthday card sent in the mail.
A few thoughts before the day gets away from you.
A simple thinking of you.
The little rituals of paper have a way of making ordinary moments feel more meaningful.
Here you'll find the cards, journals and paper goods we love, things made for writing something down, giving something away, or reminding someone they matter.

THE THINGS WE KEEP
We all have something.
Maybe it's your grandma's recipe card. Your dad's old jacket. A bowl that's been on the kitchen counter for as long as you can remember. A letter, a photograph, a coffee mug, a tool. Something that belonged to someone you loved.
Some things are worth holding onto. Not because it's particularly valuable.
Because it means something.
EXPLORE THINGS WE KEEP →
Have something you keep? We'd love to hear about it.
Send us a photo and tell us what it is, who it belonged to, if there's a story there, and why you've held onto it.
It doesn't need to be beautifully photographed and you don't need to be a writer. Just tell us about it the way you'd tell a friend.
Some of these stories may become part of Things We Keep, with your permission.
WORTH A LISTEN
Music for the moments that make up a life. Conversations that stay with us.
There is almost always something playing around here.
Music while we're making dinner. A podcast on a long walk. A song we've heard a hundred times and still turn up in the car. A conversation that makes us stop, rewind and listen again.
This is where we're gathering some of those things.
Not everything we listen to. Just the ones we find ourselves coming back to, thinking about or passing along to someone else.
